How to request a return

Contact us with your order number, name and delivery address. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending your item back.

Return the device in its original packaging, together with all accessories. We may request photos to help assess your return.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Check your order on arrival and contact us promptly if something is wrong so we can help resolve it.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we'll confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.

Purchases from other retailers

This returns service applies to orders placed directly through our website. For purchases made elsewhere, contact the retailer.

Exclusions

Gift cards and items marked final sale are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
